Unit 4: Medieval World
Unit 4 covers a vast array of events in Medieval Europe. We start with connecting the fall of Western Rome to the fracturing of Europe's government(s), discuss the structure and formation of Manorialism and Feudalism, the role of the Roman Catholic church, the arguably most important rulers of the time, and more.
Perhaps the most interesting to students are the Crusades, the Black Death, and the little bit of Feudal Japan that we discuss. A full overview can be found in the learning map, linked below. |
